Industrial Automation (CAD/CAM/CAE)

The present situation in the industrial sector of Pakistan reveals that high-end technology is always imported from abroad. The resources available to the local industries are very limited especially in the field of high tech engineering, process design and detailed engineering.  Many industries of the country due to lack of resources and technology are unable to move forward therefore have been declared as sick.

In view of the above scenario we feel the need of the Industrial Automation & CAD/CAM/CAE Task Force. This Task force will play a pivotal role in working on following lines:              

  • Gather all the technology resources available in the country
  • Technological data acquisition, its dispersion, implementation and up gradation
  • Creation of quality circles for validation of the existing industrial infrastructure and creating standards for the up coming technological plans
  • Act as a core center for the technological information, training, affiliation, and collaboration
  • Use of high tech software and hardware in the industrial infrastructure for the automation purposes.
  • Provision of laboratories for CAD/CAM/CAE and many other basic industrial setups for up-gradation of the production methodology.

 

This forum is to be made available to the industries for help and guidance as may required by them in their particular area.  This forum will consist of a dynamic team of experienced engineers, scientist, economists and consultants with specialization in their respective areas of work.
