The project will have a multi-dimension impact:

• Each working group will come up with multiple proposals, which can be converted, into PC1s by concerned government departments with the assistance of experts present in the working groups.
  
• Each working group will undertake a detailed analysis of the focus sector and undertake pre-proposal feasibility studies from a multitude of professional aspects that will ensure greater viability of projects
  
• The working group in each area will then follow the technical progress of the projects in that area, and make recommendations for effective implementation. This will also enhance IT & T Divisions ability to evaluate new projects and monitor the progress of existing projects.
  
• Through the proposed working groups the projects will achieve a forum where the private and public sector can interact and make meaningful recommendations on projects.
  
• The forum will also enable experts from different fields to interact where Information Technology has caused a convergence in domains.
  
• Broad representation will ensure that the projects conceived at all levels are thoroughly evaluated from all angles e.g. A working group on establishing call centers will evaluate the projects from Marketing, Training, Supply, Demand and Operations aspects of setting up call centers in Pakistan through a single forum.
  
• The Road Shows, Seminars and Marketing Initiatives taken under the project will deepen the Pakistani Market and increase the marketability of Pakistani Information and Communication Technology products abroad.
